Operating referendum — Barr-Reeve Community Schools
Asks voters whether Barr-Reeve Community Schools may collect an extra school property tax for up to 8 years to pay for small class sizes, athletics and activities, elementary music and PE, and school safety and mental health. The rate would be up to $0.40 per $100 of assessed value, no more than $2,200,000 a year. For a median home ($250,000), the filing estimates about $454 more per year.
