Operating referendum — Anderson Community School Corporation
Asks voters whether Anderson Community School Corporation may keep collecting an extra school property tax for up to 8 years to pay for daily operations and academic and support programs. The rate would be up to $0.1077 per $100 of assessed value, no more than $2,903,078 a year. This renews an existing tax; if it fails, the filing says a median home ($100,000) would pay about $54 less per year. Only voters inside this jurisdiction vote on it. DLGF filing ↗

Operating referendum — Elwood Community School Corporation
Asks voters whether Elwood Community School Corporation may collect an extra school property tax for up to 8 years to pay for teacher and staff retention, class sizes, transportation, technology and school safety. The rate would be up to $0.4900 per $100 of assessed value, no more than $2,500,000 a year. For a median home ($100,000), the filing estimates about $245 more per year.
